Manage IDEAS administration, including mail merges for non-lab documents and checking patient records when orders are received following Oxford TPA. Keep systems such as Basecamp updated with new information, including revised consent forms and patient information for satellite clinics. You have experience in the eCommerce environment with a focus on UX and frontend across key shopping touchpoints. You manage stakeholders and partners such as UX, Marketing, Data, Development, and external agencies with confidence. You are experienced with analytics tools and testing tools and have know‑how in personalization and journey design.
You are familiar with creating technical specifications and feasibility studies.Experience with payment processes in the acceptance environment, such as POS systems, fuel stations, or toll systems, is an advantage.
